Our client, based in Athens, is presently looking for a Customer Support Advisor, and who speaks Danish fluently; someone who is ready to live a Mediterranean lifestyle.

Job Description

  • Our client represents a global leader in consumer Cyber Safety. The latter is dedicated to helping secure the devices, identities, online privacy, and home and family needs of nearly 50 million consumers, providing them with a trusted ally in a complex digital world.
  • Scope: B2C Customer service and technical support for our client’s end-users.
  • Training will be given.

Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Our client’s end-user could ask for: How to purchase, download, install and activate the product, for a refund due to Auto-renewal charge.
  • Our client’s end-user could ask for: How to resolve a technical issue/error via remote access like for instance if the product is not opening, the product shows an error message or cannot be activated.
  • Training will be given.

Requirements (Training will be given)

  • PC Skills, multitasking skills (multitasking with multiple tools across two screens), flexibility, professional approach (punctuality and attendance), Soft Skills
